The Interim Office for Environmental Protection existed between 1 July 2021 and 16 November 2021, when the OEP was legally created. Terms of Reference for the Interim OEP were agreed between its Chair, Dame Glenys Stacey, and senior officials at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
