Second Complaint Report of the Interim Environmental Governance Secretariat

From 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2021, the Interim Environmental Governance Secretariat (IEGS) received complaints about suspected failures by public authorities to comply with environmental law. The Interim Office for Environmental Protection has now taken on this role. Any complaints made to the IEGS have been passed to Interim OEP for review by the OEP, once vested, later this year. The complaints are unaffected.
